Carbon Graphite Vanes and Rotors
Our custom carbon graphite material is the ideal vane material for dry running oil-less vacuum pumps and compressors. Dry running pump vanes have many advantages over other types of pumps. They offer smooth and free air flow, they require no lubrication with minimal noise and vibration in a compact design. Our rotors & vanes are made from specialized, proprietary materials that are required for many of the unique environments in which rotors & vanes are used.
To manufacture vanes quickly and efficiently our material grades are stocked in various sizes and grades. All of our rotors & vanes, from the blending of raw materials to the finished product, are made in-house by our specialized craftsmen. With our custom tooling and grinding machinery, we are able to maintain tight tolerances to achieve the best performances from our vanes.
If you require a customized solution, we can manufacture our carbon graphite rotors and vanes to your specific requirements. We develop our own proprietary grades and manufacture each product in-house, so we will work closely with you to create a carbon graphite product that is right for you.
