abnormal sound issue resolved by Team phynyx

The low speed of the generator (rotor) was maintained to observe to see if there were any abnormal sounds that were reported during the operation of the machine! After checking Team Phynyx replaced the bad quality brushes and brush holders and replaced them with our carbon brush holder SKU 72-58 series and carbon brush SKU 52-59.

Here is the clip of the slip ring in the generator! You can easily see the smooth working of Phynyx carbon brush and holders there. Inspection and maintenance of your motors and generators are very crucial!

The birth of Phynyx industrial website

We are pleased to announce the launch of our brand new website! After two months of hard work and dedication, we are delighted to officially announce the launch. The new site launch is available and the URL is www.phynyxind.com

Our goal with this new website is to provide our customers with an easier way to learn about Phynyx Industrial products and services and also to allow our customers to have a simple and pleasant experience. The new website is interactive and gives better access to About Us, our existing and new product categories, list of new markets our products now cater to and Blog posts that will highlight our portfolio and case studies on the products we have manufactured and also keep you posted on the latest news on Phynyx. Our current customers will find the Customer Portal feature useful to login and get list of all of their transactions with us such as Estimates, Invoices & payments. The Case Studies & Portfolio will be soon post in our Blog section that will highlight the projects we have completed and outline the value created for each client as a result.

Amongst the new features, the site contains integrated social media buttons for Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin to foster improved communication with our customers.
